Frank Lucas

Frank Lucas is an American politician and farmer serving as the U.S. Representative for Oklahoma's 3rd congressional district since 2003, having previously represented the 6th district from 1994 to 2003. A fifth-generation Oklahoman, he served in the Oklahoma House of Representatives from 1989 to 1994 before his election to Congress. Since 2023, he has served as the chair of the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee, where he focuses on federal scientific research, fusion energy, and space exploration. Lucas is recognized as the dean of Oklahoma's congressional delegation and maintains a strong focus on agricultural and rural development issues.
