Franklin Bautista

Franklin Bautista is a Filipino lawyer and politician currently serving as the Governor of Davao Occidental, a position he has held since 2022. Prior to his current role, he served as the first Vice Governor of the newly created province of Davao Occidental from 2016 to 2022. His extensive political career includes two terms as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Philippines, representing the Second District of Davao del Sur, as well as two non-consecutive terms as the Mayor of Malita.
