高橋 文明

Fumiaki Takahashi is a Japanese politician serving as a member of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly. A long-serving representative for the Okhotsk region, he was first elected to the assembly at the age of 34 and has since secured multiple consecutive terms. He previously served as the 25th Chairman of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly.
