G. Andrés Romero

G. Andrés Romero is an American politician and educator currently serving as a member of the New Mexico House of Representatives for the 10th district. Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and a Master of Arts in history from the University of New Mexico. In addition to his legislative work, where he has served as chair of the Education Committee, Romero works as a social studies teacher at Atrisco Heritage Academy High School. He has represented his district since 2015, focusing on education policy and public infrastructure.
