Gemma Riba Casal

Gemma Riba Casal is an Andorran politician currently serving as a Member of the General Council of Andorra. Born on June 11, 1977, in l'Aldosa de Canillo, she has held various local government positions, including serving as the Deputy Consul of the Comú d'Ordino from 2016 to 2019. Previously, she served as a councilor for education, culture, and youth in the same municipality between 2012 and 2015. She is a member of the Democrats for Andorra party and is active in legislative committees concerning territorial policy, urban planning, and the environment.
