Gerardo Espina Jr. is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative for the lone district of Biliran in the House of Representatives of the Philippines. A member of a prominent political family in Biliran, he previously served as the governor of the province from 2010 to 2019 and as the mayor of Naval, Biliran, from 1998 to 2004. Espina first held his current congressional seat from 2004 to 2007 before returning to the position in 2019. In February 2025, he was among the Lakas–CMD members who voted to impeach Vice President Sara Duterte.
