Gerhard Schenk is a German politician and a member of the Landtag of Hesse, representing the Alternative for Germany (AfD) party. Born in Friedlos in 1954, he initially trained as an electronics technician and worked for Siemens AG before pursuing studies in law and economics. Since 1988, he has managed his own transport and logistics company. Schenk has served in the Hessian state parliament since 2019 and currently acts as the district spokesperson for the AfD in Hersfeld-Rotenburg.
