Ginkellys Gutiérrez is a Venezuelan politician currently serving as a Member of the National Assembly representing the state of Lara. A member of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), she has been an active participant in the party's revolutionary processes and electoral campaigns. Prior to her legislative service, she was recognized for her advocacy regarding the role of women within the political movement. She continues to represent her constituency as part of the VI Legislature of the National Assembly of Venezuela.
