Giovanna Mingarelli

Giovanna Mingarelli is a Canadian politician and entrepreneur who serves as the Member of Parliament for Prescott—Russell—Cumberland, having been elected in the 2025 Canadian federal election. Before entering federal politics, she established a career in the technology sector as the CEO and co-founder of M&C Consulting and MC2. Mingarelli holds a degree in Political Science from Carleton University and has previously worked for former Prime Minister Paul Martin.
