Guðmundur Ingi Kristinsson is an Icelandic politician representing the People's Party in the Althing. Born in Reykjavík in 1955, he has served as a member of the Icelandic parliament for the Southwest constituency since 2017. In addition to his legislative duties, he served as the Minister of Education and Children's Affairs from March 2025 until his resignation in January 2026 due to health concerns. He remains an active member of the Althing.
