Guillermo Shinno

Guillermo Shinno is a Peruvian mechanical engineer and government official serving as the Minister of Energy and Mines of Peru under the administration of President Keiko Fujimori. He studied mechanical engineering at the National University of Engineering and earned a master's degree in business administration from ESAN. Throughout his professional career, he has held numerous leadership positions in the energy and mining sectors, including Vice Minister of Mines, general manager of OSINERGMIN, and directorate roles in various corporate and regulatory organizations.
