Gurinder Brar is a Canadian politician serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta for the constituency of Calgary-North East. Elected in the 2023 Alberta general election, he represents the Alberta New Democratic Party. Brar currently serves as the Shadow Minister of Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction, having previously held the role of Official Opposition Critic for Small Business. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a master's degree in public policy and management from the University of London.
