Guylain Nyembo Mbwizya is a Congolese politician currently serving as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Planning in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Born in Kinshasa in 1972, he holds a degree in economics and management from the University of Mons-Hainaut in Belgium. Before his ministerial appointment in May 2024, he worked in the finance sector and served as the Chief of Staff to President Félix Tshisekedi from 2021 to 2024. In August 2025, he was appointed as Minister of State for Planning and Coordination of Development Aid within the Suminwa II government.
