Halis Dalkılıç

Halis Dalkılıç is a Turkish politician who served as a Member of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey for the 25th, 26th, and 27th legislative terms representing Istanbul. A graduate of Anadolu University's Department of Economics, he previously held municipal council and deputy mayoral roles in Zeytinburnu under the Virtue Party, as well as in Küçükçekmece and Başakşehir under the Justice and Development Party (AK Party). He also served as the AK Party's Istanbul Provincial Organization Head.
