Hamadou Moustapha

Hamadou Moustapha is a Cameroonian politician currently serving as a Minister Delegate at the Presidency of the Republic. Born in 1945 in Maroua, he began his career as a civil administrator before holding various high-level government positions, including Vice-Prime Minister in charge of Urban Planning and Housing. He was a founding member of the National Union for Democracy and Progress (UNDP) but later established the National Alliance for Democracy and Progress (ANDP), which he has led since its inception in the 1990s.
