Hannelore Goeman is a Belgian politician and a member of the Vooruit party. Born on November 23, 1984, in Leuven, she holds a Master's degree in Modern History from KU Leuven, an MPhil in Contemporary European Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a PhD in Political Science from VUB. She has served as a member of the Parliament of the Brussels-Capital Region since May 2016. Prior to her parliamentary career, she worked as a policy advisor in the cabinet of Brussels alderman Ans Persoons and served as a secretary for the sp.a party in Brussels. In 2024, she was appointed a Knight of the Order of Leopold.
