Harka Maya Bishwakarma is a Nepalese politician currently serving as a member of the 2nd Federal Parliament of Nepal. She was elected to the House of Representatives in the 2022 Nepalese general election, representing the Dalit category through the proportional representation system. As a member of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist–Leninist), she participates in the national legislative process as part of the current federal government structure.
