Harriett Baldwin

Dame Harriett Baldwin is a British Conservative Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for West Worcestershire since 2010. Before entering politics, she had a successful career in international finance, working for JPMorgan Chase for over two decades. Throughout her parliamentary tenure, she has held various government roles, including Minister of State for Africa and International Development and Economic Secretary to the Treasury. Since 2022, she has served as the Chair of the Treasury Select Committee, where she has been a vocal advocate for fiscal oversight and tax simplification. She was appointed a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2024 for her public and parliamentary service.
