Jon Moynihan, Baron Moynihan of Chelsea, is a British businessman, venture capitalist, and life peer. He served as the CEO and executive chairman of PA Consulting Group for over two decades, where he was credited with the firm's successful turnaround and transition to an employee-owned model. A prominent Eurosceptic, Moynihan played a key role in the Vote Leave campaign during the 2016 Brexit referendum and currently chairs the Initiative for Free Trade. He was appointed to the House of Lords in 2024 following a nomination in the resignation honours list of former Prime Minister Liz Truss, whose leadership campaign he notably supported.
