小川春樹

Haruki Ogawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Hitachi in Ibaraki Prefecture. Born in 1948, he began his career at the Hitachi City Hall in 1966 and held various administrative roles, including serving as the city's deputy mayor from 2006 to 2015. He was first elected mayor in 2015 and has since been re-elected, overseeing significant municipal projects such as the construction of the city's new government building. His administration has focused on disaster resilience and urban development, notably addressing infrastructure challenges following the 2023 Typhoon No. 13.
