Hellen Auma Wandera

Hellen Auma Wandera is a Ugandan politician serving as the Woman Member of Parliament for Busia District in the 11th Parliament of Uganda. Affiliated with the National Resistance Movement, she gained national attention as the youngest serving member of the 11th Parliament at the time of her election in 2021. Before entering politics, she worked as a fish vendor, a background that became a significant part of her public narrative. She currently serves on the Committee on Presidential Affairs, focusing on legislative duties within the Ugandan government.
