Mariam Naigaga is a Ugandan politician, statistician, and former banker currently serving as the Woman Representative for Namutumba District in the Parliament of Uganda. A member of the National Resistance Movement (NRM), she has held her parliamentary seat since 2016 and was re-elected in 2021. Prior to her political career, she spent thirteen years at Centenary Bank, rising to the position of branch manager. In Parliament, she serves on the Budget Committee and the Committee on Finance, Planning and Economic Development, while also participating in various parliamentary forums focused on climate change, social protection, and children's welfare.
