
Henry Sum Agong

Henry Sum Agong is a Malaysian politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for Lawas since 2008. A member of the Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB), he previously represented the Bukit Mas constituency from 1999 to 2008. Throughout his career, he has held several federal ministerial roles, including Deputy Minister of Transport, Deputy Minister of Rural Development, and Deputy Minister of Domestic Trade, Co-operatives and Consumerism. He is notable for being the first deputy minister of Lun Bawang ethnicity in Malaysian history.
