Heriberto Aguilar Castillo is a Mexican politician and civil engineer currently serving as a Senator for the state of Sonora. A member of the National Regeneration Movement (Morena), he previously served as a federal deputy in the LXIV and LXV Legislatures and held the position of Secretary of Infrastructure and Urban Development for the government of Sonora under Governor Alfonso Durazo. Throughout his career, he has been involved in municipal administration in Guaymas and has held various leadership roles within his party, including serving as the state president of Morena in Sonora.
