Hillary Lokwang is a Ugandan politician serving as the Member of Parliament for Ik County in Kaabong District. A member of the Ik people, he made history as the first individual from his ethnic group to earn a university degree. After overcoming significant childhood hardships and displacement, he graduated from St. Lawrence University with a degree in public administration and management. Since his election to the Parliament of Uganda in 2016, he has focused his legislative efforts on improving digital infrastructure, education, and healthcare services within his constituency.
