Hirohiko Hasegawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Kikugawa City in Shizuoka Prefecture. Born in 1961, he began his career in the Shizuoka Prefectural Government in 1984, where he held various administrative roles including head of the tax division and director of the transport infrastructure department. Before entering politics, he served as the president of the Tenryu Hamanako Railroad. He was first elected mayor of Kikugawa in 2021 and was re-elected to a second term in 2025.
