Hiroichi Kishi is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Hakui in Ishikawa Prefecture. Born in 1954, he graduated from Meiji University and spent many years working for the Hakui municipal government, where he held positions including Deputy Superintendent of Education. After an unsuccessful bid for mayor in 2016, he was elected to the Hakui City Council in 2017. He was first elected as mayor in 2020 and continues to lead the city, focusing on local administration and regional development.
