Hironobu Kinoshita is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Saitama Prefectural Assembly, representing the Soka City electoral district. He is affiliated with the Liberal Democratic Party and is currently serving his third term in office. Within the assembly, he holds key committee roles, including serving as the Chair of the Crisis Management and Large-Scale Disaster Countermeasures Special Committee, and is a member of the General Affairs and Prefectural Life Committee.
