Hiroshi Odagawa is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Tsukubamirai in Ibaraki Prefecture. Born in 1967, he graduated from Meiji University's Graduate School of Governance. Odagawa began his political career as a member of the Tsukubamirai City Council, serving from 2012 until his resignation in 2017. He was first elected mayor in 2018 and has since secured re-election in 2022 and 2026, both by acclamation. His administration has focused on regional development, including infrastructure projects around the Joban Expressway interchange.
