老松博行

Hiroyuki Oimatsu is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Daisen in Akita Prefecture. Born in 1955, he graduated from Hokkaido University's Faculty of Agriculture in 1977 and began his career as a civil servant at the Omagari City Office. Following the merger that created Daisen City, he held various administrative roles, including General Affairs Department Director and Deputy Mayor. He was first elected mayor in 2017 and has since secured re-election, most recently winning a third term in 2025.
