Yoshinobu Hara is a Japanese politician currently serving as the Mayor of Inuyama, Aichi Prefecture, having assumed office in November 2022. A graduate of Nippon Sport Science University, he previously served as a member of the Aichi Prefectural Assembly for four terms and the Inuyama City Council for one term. During his time in the prefectural assembly, he held the position of Secretary-General for the Liberal Democratic Party's Aichi chapter. As mayor, Hara has prioritized child-rearing support, including the expansion of free school lunch programs, and has focused on urban development initiatives such as the establishment of indoor children's play spaces in the city.
