内藤久夫

Hisao Naito is a Japanese politician and businessman who has served as the Mayor of Nirasaki in Yamanashi Prefecture since 2014. Born in Nirasaki, he graduated from the Faculty of Law at Keio University. Before entering politics, he worked at Hitachi Metals and later managed his family's cardboard manufacturing business, Naito Co., Ltd., where he served as president. During his tenure as mayor, he was elected three consecutive times without a vote. In June 2026, he announced that he would retire at the end of his current term.
