Howard Beaty

Howard M. Beaty Jr. is an American politician and banker currently serving as a member of the Arkansas House of Representatives, representing the 9th District. A member of the Republican Party, he resides in Crossett, Arkansas. In addition to his legislative duties, Beaty was elected to serve as the House Majority Leader for the 2025 legislative session.
