Ian Paul Dy

Ian Paul Dy is a Filipino politician currently serving as the representative for the 3rd District of Isabela in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, a position he has held since 2019. Born in Quezon City to a prominent political family, he previously served as the mayor of Alicia, Isabela from 2013 to 2019 and as vice mayor from 2010 to 2013. He began his political career as a municipal councilor in Alicia. During his tenure in Congress, he notably voted against the renewal of the ABS-CBN broadcasting franchise in 2020.
