Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda is a Ugandan politician and former journalist who served as the Member of Parliament for Kira Municipality from 2011 to 2026. Before entering politics, he had a distinguished career in media, working as a reporter for the Daily Monitor and as a political editor for The Observer. A former member of the Forum for Democratic Change, he later co-founded the People's Front for Freedom in 2025. During his parliamentary tenure, he chaired the Committee on Commissions, Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises.
