Inga Ruginienė is a Lithuanian politician and trade unionist serving as the 19th Prime Minister of Lithuania since September 2025. A member of the Social Democratic Party of Lithuania, she previously served as the Minister of Social Security and Labour and as a Member of the Seimas. Before entering electoral politics, she held leadership roles in the Lithuanian Trade Union Confederation and the European Trade Union Confederation. Ruginienė advocates for left-leaning economic policies, national security, and strong support for Ukraine.
