Dainius Gaižauskas

Dainius Gaižauskas is a Lithuanian politician and former police official who has served as a member of the Seimas since 2016. Before entering national politics, he had a distinguished career in law enforcement, serving as a police commissioner and leading the Lithuanian Police Peacekeeping Mission in Kosovo. Educated at the Lithuanian Police Academy and the Lithuanian Law Academy, he also held leadership roles within police trade unions. His legislative work focuses on internal affairs and public security, drawing on his extensive background in criminal justice and international police cooperation.
