Irène Esambo Diata

Irène Esambo Diata is a Congolese politician who currently serves as the Minister Delegate for Social Affairs in charge of Persons Living with Disabilities. Born in Kinshasa on September 30, 1984, she first entered the government in 2019 under the administration of Félix Tshisekedi. She was reappointed to her ministerial position in 2024 as part of the Suminwa government. Throughout her tenure, she has focused on advocating for the rights of individuals with disabilities and ensuring their concerns are integrated into national policy to combat marginalization.
