Irene Nafuna Muloni is a Ugandan politician, electrical engineer, and businesswoman currently serving as a Member of Parliament for the Bulambuli District Women's Representative. She previously served as the Cabinet Minister for Energy and Minerals from 2011 to 2019 and has held the position of senior advisor to President Yoweri Museveni. Before entering elective politics, she had a distinguished career in the energy sector, notably serving as the managing director of the Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited.
