Patrick Lodoi Mutono is a Ugandan politician and physician who currently serves as a Member of Parliament for Butebo County. First elected to the legislature in a 2013 by-election, he has since been re-elected to represent his constituency under the banner of the National Resistance Movement, the country's ruling party. Beyond his legislative duties, Mutono is recognized for his philanthropic efforts, notably founding the Lodoi Development Fund, which has facilitated the construction of the Kanginima Hospital in Pallisa and the installation of hundreds of clean water wells throughout Eastern Uganda.
