Isabelle Berro-Amadeï

Isabelle Berro-Amadeï is a Monégasque judge, diplomat, and government official serving as the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Monaco since 2022. Born in Monaco in 1965, she studied law at the University of Nice and trained at the French National School for the Judiciary before building a distinguished legal career, including serving as a judge at the European Court of Human Rights from 2006 to 2015. She subsequently held diplomatic posts as Monaco's ambassador to several European nations and the European Union. In early 2025, she also briefly served as the acting Minister of State following the hospitalization and passing of Didier Guillaume.
