谷井 いさお

Isao Tanii is a Japanese politician currently serving as a member of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly, representing the Amagasaki constituency. First elected to the assembly, he has held several leadership positions within the Komeito party and the prefectural assembly, including serving as the Vice-Chairman of the Hyogo Prefectural Assembly starting in June 2024. Throughout his career, he has chaired various standing committees, including those focused on construction, health and welfare, and police affairs. In December 2024, he was appointed as the Secretary-General of the Komeito Hyogo Prefectural Headquarters.
