Jacqueline Foster, Baroness Foster of Oxton, is a British Conservative politician and a life peer in the House of Lords. Before entering the House of Lords in 2021, she served as a Member of the European Parliament for North West England from 1999 to 2004 and again from 2009 to 2019, where she specialized in transport, aviation, and tourism policy. Earlier in her career, she worked for British Airways for over two decades and was active in trade union leadership. She was appointed a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 2019.
