Jacquemain Shabani Lukoo Bihango is a Congolese politician and lawyer currently serving as the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, Security, Decentralization and Customary Affairs of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. A long-time member of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress (UDPS), he previously served as the party's secretary general and directed the successful 2023 presidential campaign for Félix Tshisekedi. Before his appointment to the cabinet in 2024, he practiced law in Kinshasa, focusing on human rights and social justice, and was elected as a senator for North Kivu. He is recognized as the first person from the North Kivu province to hold the position of Deputy Prime Minister of the Interior.
