Jagath Wickramaratne is a Sri Lankan politician and medical professional currently serving as the 23rd Speaker of the Parliament of Sri Lanka. Elected to parliament in the 2024 parliamentary election representing the Polonnaruwa District, he is a member of the National People's Power party. Before entering national politics, he established a career as a doctor and medical administrator. He received his education at Gal Amuna Maha Vidyalaya and Dharmaraja College, Kandy.
