Jason Michael Nemes is an American politician serving as a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for the 33rd district since 2017. He currently holds the leadership position of House Majority Whip, a role he has occupied since 2022. A lawyer by profession, Nemes previously served as Chief of Staff for the Chief Justice of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and as Director of the Administrative Office of the Courts. In 2026, he chaired the House Impeachment Committee and was appointed as an impeachment manager for the trial of a circuit judge.
