Jean-Pierre Vigier is a French politician serving as a member of the National Assembly for the 2nd constituency of Haute-Loire since 2012. An engineer by training with a background in computer science, he previously worked as a territorial civil servant and served as the mayor of Lavoûte-Chilhac from 2008 to 2017. Within the National Assembly, he has focused on regional planning and agricultural issues. A member of The Republicans, he has consistently maintained his parliamentary seat through successive elections, most recently winning re-election in 2024.
