Jefimijs Klementjevs

Jefimijs Klementjevs is a Latvian politician and former sprint canoer who has served as a Member of the Saeima. Born in March 1963, he competed in two Summer Olympics during his athletic career, achieving a seventh-place finish in the C-1 1000 m event at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Transitioning into public service and local politics, he was elected to the Riga City Council in 2013 before advancing to national legislative office.
