
Jen Plumb

Jen Plumb is an American politician and pediatric emergency physician serving as a member of the Utah State Senate for the 9th district. A dedicated advocate for opioid mitigation, she founded the organization Utah Naloxone in 2015 following the death of her brother. In the state legislature, she has focused on public health policy, including legislation regarding naloxone access and syringe exchanges. Since 2023, she has served as the Assistant Minority Whip in the Utah Senate.
