Jessica Tan Soon Neo is a Singaporean politician who has served as the Member of Parliament for the Changi-Simei division of the East Coast Group Representation Constituency since 2006. A member of the People's Action Party, she previously held the position of Deputy Speaker of the Parliament of Singapore from 2020 to 2025 and served briefly as Acting Speaker in 2023. Before her political career, she held senior leadership roles at IBM Singapore and Microsoft Singapore. She currently serves as the chairperson of the East Coast Town Council.
